Kenya rallies to increase Trade
Kenya’s trade with South Korea has increased from $3.6million in 2007 to $5.5 million in 2012, a 65% growth rate. Exports to South Korea include coffee, printed matter, scrap metal, gemstones, pyrethrum, wood products, handicraft, beer, tobacco, raw vegetables and sea food.
African workforce can overtake China, India
Africa will add 122 million people to its potential labour force by 2020 and by 2035 the continent’s labour force will be larger than that of any nation, including China or India, according to a report by McKinsey Global Institute.
