Construction of automotive vocational training center in Morocco starts

King Mohammed VI has launched the construction of an automotive vocational training center in Morocco.

The project which is in Bir Rami Est neighborhood in Kenitra (north of Rabat) is set to help in giving skills to the rising number of unemployed youths in the country for self reliance.

The projects which is one of the one initiated by Mohammed V Foundationto reflect his constant concern for youth and his strong will to promote their participation in the dynamics of local development and ensure them a better social, professional and economic integration.

The King added that the project will always reinforce his steps taken together with the Foundation in the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra region to ensure that the youths are promoted and get access to the section of the developing society.

“All the youths who will undergo the training in the institute will get more opportunities as the number of youths are rising and both the government and private sector is looking into employing more youths with skills ” he added

The vocational center once completed is expected to contribute to promoting the social and professional integration of youth from disadvantaged neighborhoods.

It is one the largest vocational center to be constructed in the country and this will curb with the high number of youths with low skilled labor,

This will see employment demand that will generate the next setting up of an industrial complex of the French group PSA Peugeot Citroën at the integrated industrial platform.

The King added that they will construct more of the vocational centers in the country so that they can have more skilled laborures.
